Frederick Tadeo is a GenAI Creative Lead based in Dubai and the founder of STIRMIND.

He spent 20 years building creative systems before generative AI existed, with teams at Leo Burnett Dubai, Publicis Groupe, and ARC Worldwide.

His work has been recognized at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Dubai Lynx, MENA Effies, Gemas Effie Awards MENA, MENA Cristal Awards, and New York Festivals.

Across two decades he has worked on brands including Ferrero, Samsung, AXA, General Motors, Masdar, Dubai Holding, Bel, M&M, Emirates, National Geographic Abu Dhabi, Philip Morris, McDonald's, Du, Kellogg's, and Ford Motors.

He now works at the point where that experience meets generative AI. Not as a tool user, but as someone who treats AI as a craft.
